News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Weds. Sept. 19th, 2012: Two Americans citizens returned home from Gambia this week after serving long prison sentences in West Africa. The two men were allowed to return home after the President of The Gambia, agreed to release them into the custody of Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Amadou Scattred Janneh, a former professor at the University of Tennessee, was serving life in prison for Treason. Tamsir Jesseh, was serving a 20-year sentence for Treason. Tamsir, is a U.S. Veteran and served in Desert Storm. (Photo: Hayden Roger Celestin)
