- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 large sweet onion (diced)
- 2 white potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1/4 can of coconut milk + equal parts water
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ¼ Scotch Bonnet pepper
- Salt to taste
