News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Sat. Jan. 22, 2022: The GRAMMY’s is back on this year and the question has once again turned to who will likely win the Reggae Grammy’s this year?
Will it be Spice, Sean Paul, Etana, Jesse Royal, Gramps Morgan or Soja?
Spice has been nominated for her Album 10; Paul for Live N Livin; Etana for Pajoma; Royal, for Royal; Morgan, for Positive Vibration and American band Soja, for Beauty in the Silence. No Marley’s are among the nominees this year. It is the first time two women have bee nominated for this category at once.
The Grammys’ will now be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 from 8 -11:30 PM, live ET/5:00-8:30 PM, live PT) on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
Trevor Noah, the Emmy Award-winning host of “The Daily Show,” will return as master of ceremonies for Music’s Biggest Night.
Last year’s show as originally set for Jan. 31, 2021, but on Jan. 5, 2021, it was delayed to March 14 due to a spike in COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles.
