INGREDIENTS

12 hassar fish

1 onion chopped

2 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp garam masala

1 tbsp cumin

½ tsp turmeric

1 Scotch bonnet pepper

1 head garlic

2 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp Salt

1 Lime

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp white rum

½ can coconut milk

2 tomatoes cut into one-inch pieces

½ a green mango

6 young okras

½ cup water
