The only Caribbean destination that is now Covid-19 Free is Sint Eustatius, where its 20 cases are all recovered.

With over 35,000 active COVID-19 cases, The Dominican Republic has still announced travelers will no longer be required to provide a negative coronavirus test upon arrival.

Meanwhile, St. Kitts and Nevis has announced that international visitors who are fully vaccinated will need to submit their official Vaccination Record Card as part of the process of completing their online authorization form, in addition to uploading their negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of travel and other requisite documentation to travel there.

As Jamaica surpassed 46,000 COVID-19 cases, the country has extended travel restrictions to include nationals of India and Trinidad and Tobago.

Belize is reopening to Cruise Tourism this Summer. Norwegian Cruise Line will resume with the first test sail on August 4th. This will be followed by the official first guests to call on Harvest Caye on August 9th.

Saba and St. Maarten are now open to tourists who are fully vaccinated.

And the CDC has laid out a number of strict guidelines for cruise line to follow before they can return to cruising. These include starting simulated voyages before resuming restricted passenger voyages and application for a COVID-19 conditional sailing certificate to begin sailing with restricted passenger voyages.
