New York State Assembly members Rhoda S. Jacobs (D–District 42) and Helene E. Weinstein (D–District 41) along with Rene Hastick-Motes, Policy Advisory, Borough President Marty Markowitz’s office, and Dr. Roy Hastick, President of Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony and delivered remarks. Clergy members from various denominations were also on hand, including Reverend Gilford Monrose, President of the 67thPrecinct Clergy Council.

Caribe has created 12 new full and part-time jobs and plans to add more positions in the next 18 months
