News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Oct. 7, 2011: Several Caribbean soccer teams will clash today as the CONCACAF group-stage qualifiers for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil tourney continues.

Trinidad and Tobago will take on Bermuda in Hamilton today at 7 p.m. In the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying, T&T were shocked in a 2-1 defeat by the Bermudians, who are looking for a repeat.

St. Vincent will take on Group E leaders Guatemala at the Arnos Vale Ground today at 3 p.m. while the DR takes on El Salvador at 3:05 at the Estadio Panamericano in San Cristóbal.

Panama have a golden opportunity to take lone control of Group C as they face Dominica at Windsor Park Stadium, Roseau at 7 p.m. while Puerto Rico takes on St. Kitts and Nevis at the Estadio Juán Rámon Loubriel in Puerto Rico at 8 p.m.

Central American minnows Belize will meet Grenada in Belmopán at 5:30 p.m. while Cayman Islands clashes with Suriname at the Truman Bodden Stadium in Georgetown at 8:30 p.m.

Haiti and Antigua and Barbuda, are also in action away on Friday. The Haitians travel to the Paul E. Joseph Stadium with all three points to take on the USVI at 4 p.m. while the impressive Antiguans – led by the power and pace of Peter ‘Big Pete’ Byers – hope to add to their zone-best goals scored tally of 13 when they line up against Curacao at the Stadion Ergilio Hato in Willemstad at 8 p.m.
