News Americas, TAMPA, FL, Thurs. Aug. 30, 2012: Former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, and GOP Vice Presidential candidate, Paul Ryan, were among the top speakers at the 2012 Republican National Convention, in Tampa Florida, on August 29, 2012.
Ryan, the Tea Party poster boy, testified to Romney’s credentials while Rice acknowledged the nation’s weariness from the two long wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that Bush started but said, “If we are not inspired to lead again, one of two things will happen — no one will lead and that will foster chaos — or others who do not share our values will fill the vacuum. … We do not have a choice.
