News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Mon. Aug. 6, 2012: Director of the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s North American offices, Sylma Brown Bramble, is set to be honored with a Spirit Award on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.

Brown Bramble will be honored at the Second Annual Caribbean Heritage Night at Citi Field Stadium at 6 PM. The event is a partnership of The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) and the NY Mets.

According to Dr. Roy A. Hastick, Sr., CACCI president and founder: “This is a special occasion when members of the Caribbean Diaspora come out in large numbers together with friends, family and other Mets fans to have fun and to cheer the NY Amazing Mets as they exhibit good sportsmanship in the home game against the Marlins.”

Other honorees will include George Hulse, vice president, Health First and a member of the CAACI board; Edmund Sadio, President/Broker, Century 21 Achievers Realty and CAACI’s new chairman; William Lake, international financial consultant and David “Junior” Gayle, Owner, Tropical Paradise Ballroom and Restaurant.
