Today, Alexandra acts as Strategic Advisor to Gilt. Prior to co-founding Gilt in 2007, Alexandra managed retail operations at Bulgari, overseeing 15 North American stores. Before working at Bulgari, Alexandra managed Leather Goods Sales Planning for Louis Vuitton North America. She had previously worked for retail guru Marvin Traub at Financo Inc. Alexandra began her career working for 3 years in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.

Mexican-born Actress, producer and former model Salma Hayek is now a make-up entrepreneur. This sexy actress turned business woman has created an exclusive line for CVS called Nuance. The line covers hair and skin care as well as make-up. 4: Jessica Alba

5: Sarah Udink

This Mexican-American make up artist had her break out moment working on top models for runway shows at LA Fashion Week & OC Fashion Week. She then co-founded the Frankie Rose Cosmetics line in 2013, which is a combination of her favorite shades and special formulations, all in one complete line. The line is specifically formulated to offer flawless, long lasting products for all skin types.
