News Americas, Los Angeles, CA, Tues. Nov. 12, 2013: Jamaican singer Tessanne Chin has sung her way into The Voice’s Top 10.
Chin, who is part of the team of Adam Levine, was the fourth person announced by Voice host, Carson Daly, as those saved by America’s votes.
The singer has thousands of Jamaican and Caribbean fans who are voting for her and turning their social media fans into supporters. Even sprinter Usain Bolt got in on the action, urging his millions of Twitter fans to vote for Chin.
The top 10 includes the full teams of Levine and coach Blake Shelton – Will Champlin and James Wolpert from Team Adam and Cole Vosbury, Austin Jenckes and Ray Bodreaux from Team Blake.
Matthew Schuler and Jackie Lee from Team Christina were saved but the Xtina team lost Cole Josh Logan.
Team Ceelo’s Kat Robichaud was saved by America’s instant Tweets, a new addition to the show but Jonny Gray was given the boot leaving both coaches now down to two members each on their teams.
All move on to the Top 10 show down next Monday night on NBC at 8 p.m.EST.
The results show also included performances by Levine and his team as well as coach Ceelo and his team.
