News Americas, WASHINGTON, Weds. Mar. 16, 2016: A freestyle rap session featuring President Obama, aka Potus, and Puerto-Rico-roots actor and Grammy-winning “Hamilton” sensation, Lin Miranda, is making waves on the Internet.

The video has gone viral with thousands viewing it already, as it’s not every day you see the  President of the United States flipping cue cards for a performer even as he directs the drummer to “drop the beat.”

The jam session occurred in the Rose Garden at the White House which posted the video the White House Monday evening and has gone viral with all major media outlets and social media reporting on or posting it.

“Constitution, the POTUS, I’m freestylin’. You know this,” Miranda raps as a straight-faced Obama slides cue cards with words like “Potus” and “Constitution.”

The video came as the Broadway cast visited the White House as guests of First lady Michelle Obama.

It also comes as a debate rages over whether former US Secretary of State and America’s greatest immigrant, Alexander Hamilton, whose life Miranda represents in rap on Broadway, should be replaced on the US 10 dollar bill.
