News Americas, KINGSTON, Jamaica, Tues. July 19, 2011: New Caribbean low-cost airline, REDJet has rebounded to sealing two deals in just days.

The airline was on Monday given approval to fly in and out of Jamaica, just days after it reached a deal to fly to Trinidad and Tobago after weeks of delays.

Jamaica Transport and Works Minister, Mike Henry, gave the carrier the approval, saying it has met all the technical requirements.

The Barbados-based REDJet is also set to make its first flight to Port of Spain within two weeks.
