News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Mon. Feb. 11, 2019: The 61st Grammys wrapped up last night with a few high highs and low lows. Alicia Keyes proved she is a multi-talented artist but not as well suited for duties of host while Jennifer Lopez left many shaking their heads wondering what a ton of ass shaking has to do with Motown? However, the Grammy’s saving grace was the appearance and performance of Ms. Diana Ross, the performance of Lady Gaga and of course the tribute to Aretha Franklin that proved singers like Fantasia, Yolanda Adams and Audrey Day are among the most pheneomenal of this generation.

That’s said, there were one Caribbean born winner and a few Latin winners whose win did not make it into the broadcast. Here are the Caribbean, Caribbean roots and Latin Grammy winners of 2019:
