News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Weds. June 6, 2018: A 42-year-old Caribbean immigrant has made the US ATF’s Most Wanted List.

Guyanese national, Oudit Narain Seenarain, who also goes by the names Oudit Setnarain; Oudit Narain Seenorain; Oudit Narain Seenarain and Oudit Setnarain, is wanted by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for rape and firearms violations.

According to the ATF, on or about June 2005, Seenarain was arrested for federal firearms trafficking but failed to appear for his court hearing in Georgia.

The Northern District of Georgia magistrate judge issued another arrest warrant for him at that time but he remains on the lam.

Seenarain is also wanted by the Sheriff’s Office in Henry County, Georgia for strong arm rape, kidnapping and sodomy.

He is 150 pounds, around 5’ 5” and has a crown tattoo on his right chest and a scorpion on his right bicep.

The Guyanese immigrant is considered armed and dangerous. His last known place of address was in the northern district of Georgia.
