Dombalis as a Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective January 16, 2013. Mr. Dombalis succeeds Frank Halliwell, who served as interim CEO since October 2012.
Mr. Dombalis brings to Trailer Bridge over 30 years of executive experience in the maritime and logistics industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Maher Terminals LLC, one the largest multi-user container terminal operators in the world. During his tenure at Maher, Mr. Dombalis was responsible for global marketing and terminal development.
