Spoiler alert. It is NOT pretty. As usual I go where others will not, seeking the Truth.
All three LOSE here in Trump’s America episode # 120.
First, there is no doubt at all that President Trump is close to both of these individuals. How do we know? It is obvious. Trump has told us both with his words and actions again and again. He loves Tiger and the so-called Prince.
And in addition, SURPRISE, Trump does business with both of them.
One of the two is a complete degenerate; the other is not. If you don’t know, the degenerate is the so-called Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Better known by his real name, Salman the War Criminal and Murderer.
Yes, Trump has done far, far more for the so-called prince than he has for Tiger Woods, condoning Salman’s MURDER of journalist Jamal Khashoggi and assisting Salman’s brutal war on civilians in Yemen and NOT criticizing Salman’s brutalization of Saudi citizens, most of all women. But at least Trump has not given Salman the Presidential Medal of Freedom yet.
But Trump has almost two more years to do so. Get ready!
I don’t think Trump would have any hesitation to give Salman the Freedom Award, morality and law never were high on Donald Trump’s agenda. And are you ready for this? You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to get the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Check for yourself if you don’t believe me.
The fact is, President Trump has a very good reason to give the War Criminal and Murderer and Brutalizer the Presidential Medal of Freedom as he gave to Tiger Woods; it is good business for Trump.
What else matters in Donald Trump’s world and his mind? NOTHING.
I am not going to waste any more times here on the so-called Crown Prince who ONLY deserves one fate – to spend the rest of his life in prison in solitary confinement under the harshest conditions allowed by law.
Allow me to devote the rest of this episode to Tiger Woods.
I watched the Medal of Freedom ceremony in the Rose Garden, all of it, and listened to every word of President Trump’s very long speech about each and every achievement of Tiger Woods in golf, more than anyone else in history.
Here is my obvious if rhetorical question …
WHY DID TIGER WOODS RECEIVE THE PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM????
ANSWER … It is good for Donald Trump to do so. But you know that already.
So, let me tell you why Tiger Woods clearly NOT deserve the Medal. Tiger Woods did not earn it. This is the nation’s highest civilian honor. The purpose of the Presidential Medal of Freedom is “for especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavor.”
ENCORE. The Medal of Freedom is given for…. “for especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.”
So why did Trump give the nation’s highest honor to Tiger Woods? For the same reason Former President Barack Obama gave it to Ellen DeGeneres ….
For NO good reason except it was personally good for each of them.
Here is why Obama said he gave the nation’s highest civilian honor to DeGeneres. Are you ready? President Obama paid tribute to Ellen DeGeneres’ “varied body of professional work — from her popular daytime talk show to her voice-over work on the films ‘Finding Nemo’ and ‘Finding Dory’ — as well as her advocacy work.”
YES, that is what Obama gave the Medal for. Her TALK SHOW and her VOICE OVER WORK in commercial movies. Of course, Ellen DeGeneres deserve the nation’s highest civilian honor for these incredible contributions to our nation, world peace, security, cultural and other significant endeavors.
And yes, Ellen DeGeneres has a tax-free foundation that does good, which brings me back to Tiger Woods and President Trump who also had a so-called foundation. This is not the Presidential Award for Achievement in Sports which Tiger Woods would clearly deserve if it existed, but it does not.
So what does Trump do after his long speech praising Woods many achievements in golf? He briefly mentions Tiger Woods’ Foundation. Yes!
REALITY CHECK … every celebrity and every athlete now has a FOUNDATION. It is their “proof” (sic) about how good they are; an excellent way to defuse criticism and a useful way to save lots of money on taxes.
Now here is a twist to this episode you never expected. Allow me to bring in the late GREAT Jackie Robinson, another African-American who also received the Presidential Medal of Freedom back in 1984. Woods NEVER refers to himself as African-American. He ALWAYS refers to himself and always has as “multi-racial.” Good for business and product endorsements!
We all know, or should, what Jackie Robinson meant to the racial integration of sports in America. Robinson meant more than any African-America ever did or any American in all of American history. He suffered for doing so!
So why does Tiger Woods absolutely NOT deserve the Presidential Medal of Freedom? HERE IS WHY …
What has Tiger Woods incredible success in professional golf, his role as the most recognized global athlete in human history, his tremendous wealth, his incredible influence with the media and opinion leaders and so many of the rich, famous and powerful done to INTEGRATE the most lily white sport in all of America coast to coast today in the 21st century?
Tiger Woods has done absolutely NOTHING to integrate golf. Nothing!
When Tiger became a Black PGA professional in 1997, he was the ONLY African-American on the Tour. Today over 20 years later, Tiger Woods is still the ONLY African-American on the Tour.
In 1997 there were NO African-American caddies on the Tour. Today there are still NO African American caddies on the Tour. TIGER WOODS HAS NEVER HAD AN AFRCAN AMERICAN CADDY. NEVER, even though that would have been a powerful gesture Tiger could have easily made for Blacks in golf.
Imagine if two decades after Jackie Robinson entered the Major Leagues there was not even one other African-American in Major League Baseball or not even one Black major league coach because Jackie Robinson kept his mouth shut and said nothing, because he only cared about Jackie Robinson.
That is exactly what Tiger Woods has done in golf. Kept his mouth SHUT about the complete lack of integration in professional golf top to bottom.
Tiger Woods is just like Donald Trump; they both just care about themselves.
Give back the Medal of Freedom Tiger, YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT!
