Well, whoopee President Trump FINALLY declared WAR on opioids!
Maybe he read Trump’s America episode #37? Probably not since there were no Trump tweets about it, just tweets everything else under the sun, and the moon and the stars and everywhere else in the universe.
Anyway here is what media partner The New York Times reports today …
“No part of our society — not young or old, rich or poor, urban or rural — has been spared this plague of drug addiction and this horrible, horrible situation that’s taken place with opioids,” Mr. Trump said at a ceremony in the White House East Room attended by families affected by opioid abuse, members of Congress and administration officials. “This epidemic is a national health emergency.”
It took President Trump 9 months since entering The White House to figure that out. In fact he has figured out nothing. Trump droned on …….
“We cannot allow this to continue,” Mr. Trump added. “It is time to liberate our communities from this scourge of drug addiction.”
Followed by …
“Mr. Trump said his plan would include bypassing a rule that bars Medicaid funding from being used for many drug rehabilitation facilities, requiring federally employed prescribers to be trained in safe practices for opioid prescriptions, and a new federal initiative to develop non-addictive painkillers. He also said the government would produce “really tough, really big, really great advertising” aimed at persuading Americans not to start using opioids in the first place.”
Is Trump joking or is he an idiot? Or is he clueless or is he SUCKING up to the drug companies who produce and push the opioids? ANSWER …
ALL OF THE ABOVE of course. This is make believe President Trump. He never lets reality stand in the way of him making a FOOL of himself.

“The addictive opioid crisis is killing more Americans than gun violence and ruining the lives of millions more and their families and costing millions of dollars in treatment costs and even more in crimes committed by addicts.”
“None of this is being caused by illegal drug dealer hiding in the shadows. The biggest addiction crisis in Amrican history is caused by Americans doctors prescribing LEGAL addictive pain killers that LEGAL drug companies are pushing and advertising and recommending to virtually any patient who complains about aches and pains. These opioids are so powerful many users become dependent after only days of taking these pills.”
“Want more because there is more. Drug companies are pricing these opioids at far lesser cost to patients than other comparable pain medications that are not addictive. WHY? Do I need to tell you. Because the dug companies want to increase their PROFITS by insuring long term buyers for these opioids.
And guess who ends up paying a large part of cost of these addictive drugs? We do because one way or another the government ends up footing the bill because many of the users are on either Medicare or Medicare or the cost shows up in higher premiums for Obamacare subsidized by the government.”
“Guess how many doctors have been indicted or are in jail for creating millions of addicts and deaths and endless suffering and how many drug company executives for the some reasons. Answer. NONE AND NONE.”
THAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM. TRUMP and his so called war on opioids has nothing to say about the so called legal drug companies and all the so called doctors who are responsible for the opioid CRISIS and they have nothing to far from President Trump’s so called WAR on opioids.
But this new episode is NOT about opioids.

Yes AG Sessions has been holding back to an extent going after those marijuana farmers and marijuana shops in all those states where marijuana is now LEGAL in one way or another count them 29 states so far and more on the way have made marijuana LEGAL in one way or another but ….
Sessions has made it clear that means nothing to him Federal law classifies marijuana with heroin together in the same class as the most DANGEROUS drugs in America and even more the God Sessions prays to Sessions knows marijuana is more EVIL than anything even more evil than Progressive Democrats and AG Sessions desperately wants to go after those terrorists marijuana pushers ruin fire & brimstone on them all over the nation but …
DAMN IT polls show all those freedom loving right wing Republicans don’t like the Feds telling their state what to do and taking it worse many of those Republicans are using non-addictive marijuana to treat all kinds of ailments many of them have and with their doctors’ approval and backed up by medical study after study confirming the medical benefits of cannabis.
DAMN IT; now there is even a growing consensus thee would be NO opioid epidemic and crisis if all those so called doctors writing endless prescriptions motivated by their love affair pushing opioids ….
It seems if these so called doctors had been prescribing marijuana instead of opioids not only would there not have been thousands upon thousands of deaths and endless suffering caused by opioids but indeed that marijuana works far better relieving the conditions opioids are prescribed for.
You can understand why so called President Donald Trump and so called Attorney General Jeff Sessions are so confused and in reality fighting the WRONG war against marijuana and a PHONY war against opioids …
Because they are both INCOMPETENT hypocrites …
