News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Sept. 4, 2020: This one’s for you my very rich readers ……
DISCLAIMER: IF I have any.
For all others, take visceral PLEASURE in the success of others! STOP being envious of good FORTUNES of others.
This is fantastic; what an incredible world we live in. While Covid-19 has been so devastating to so many, Thank God others have done well.
CORRECTION – very, very, very, very WELL! Let us all be Thankful.
WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT? This from Bloomberg News: “The world’s 500 richest people have collectively grown their fortunes by $871 billion this year, a 15% increase, according to the billionaires index.”
ENCORE …. “The world’s 500 richest people have collectively grown their fortunes by $871 billion this year, a 15% increase, according to the billionaires index.”
Thank you God for Covid-19; what a BLESSING it has been for some.
And get this – Covid-19 did all the work. None of these 500 and the many more like them did not do anything different in 2020 to increase their wealth. They just went about their normal Super Rich lives.
Well not exactly – they all abandoned their city mansions and got on their jets to spend QUALITY time in one or another of their exclusive vacation enclaves – away from Covid-19.
I STAND CORRECTED – The Very Rich did do something different this year; they left for vacation much earlier than in past years. They left Covid-19 behind to do all the work of making them richer than ever before.
STOP crying about that $600 a week in extra unemployment benefits you lost. Take joy in the fact you, NOT the Super Rich, qualified for that FREE money. Why should you get paid for NOT working? Does money grow on trees?
Yes, it is time to bring in Prime Suspect Jeff Bezos yet again, a regular here in Trump’s America. At the end of last year on December 31, 2019, according to Forbes, Bezos net worth was $105 BILLION, far and away the richest individual human in human history …..
So how much is Jeff Bezos right now on the evening of Thursday, September 3, 2020, a mere 8 month later? According to Google, and they should know they know more about everyone except maybe the Chinese Communist Party …
At this moment Bezos is worth $205.6 BILLION. His wealth has DOUBLED in the last 8 months. Now what has Bezos done during these last 8 months that is so incredible that he is twice the richest person on Earth he was the first day of 2020? Did he uncover the secret of Life for all of us, not just himself? NO.
Did he find a way to end death, war, disease or poverty? NO to all.
Did he at least find a cure for cancer or how to end global warming? Again, NO to all.
Did Bezos at least find a way to ensure All Black Lives matter? NO. I know what you are thinking; Bezos must have found the CURE for Covid-19?
SORRY, NO again.
Did he at least start a new business in 2020? NO again.
SO HERE IS WHAT JEFF BEZOS did do to “earn” (sic) another $100 BILLION+ of wealth here in 2020. BEZOS GOT UP EVERY MORNING.
Yes, it is that simple for all the SUPER Rich this year more than even all other years.
Yes, there was something else. Covid-19 is a wealthy creator for the SUPER Rich and even better, almost all of them never even get the virus!
There is not even a single report of one Billionaire dying from Covid-19. My search could not even find one who was hospitalized with Covid-19.
Still I was skeptical on how all this tremendous increase in wealth among the Rich can be attributed to Covid-19? So I dug deeper for my readers …
Here’s the TRUMP’S AMERICA EXCLUSIVE BOMBSHELL!!!!
I have discovered a rumor that has existed throughout human history that is true – MONEY GROWS ON TRESS!!!
But sadly not for the rest of us …
ONLY for the Rich. My investigation is not over. There will be more to come. I am trying to determine if the Rich have special seeds?
Do they use secret fertilizers or some form of exotic water, or are the trees themselves responsible that they just like most humans respond in very special ways to the Rich, which leads to money growing on trees that Rich People own? More to follow.
You will just have to wait for future episodes but for right now…
Let’s get back to this week’s media partner and the Bloomberg article: “It’s been one of the most lucrative weeks in history for some of the world’s wealthiest people.”
Yes, an HISTORIC week last week. Praise the Lord!
“Elon Musk’s surging wealth expanded the rarefied club of centi-billionaires to four members. Facebook Inc. co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, the world’s third-richest person, joined Bezos and Bill Gates among the ranks of those possessing 12-figure fortunes earlier this month. Together, their wealth totals $540 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.”
“This week marked just the latest boon for the personal fortunes of the richest of the rich, whose red-hot growth has been largely driven by surging markets, particularly for tech shares. U.S. stocks reached fresh HIGHS.”
So just to be fair here. The entire 1% a few thousand Americans and thousands of non-Americans around the Globe ALL got fabulously richer in 2020.
Call it what it is – SHARING the wealth! God bless the Rich. He sure does! Amen.
And in more fairness, someone has to pay for all this NEW wealth. All of the rest of you, do your part and PAY for their wealth. Be happy doing your part. And here is proof you are doing your part well …
Back to this profound Bloomberg article (thank you Michael B.) …
“The heady pace of wealth accumulation is in stark contrast to the state of the global economy. Growth has slumped sharply since the pandemic began with companies laying off millions of workers and consumer demand cratering.”
“The brunt of economic pain has been borne by young and lower-wage workers, whose jobs are typically more vulnerable to Covid-related layoffs.”
“There is little doubt that the pandemic will exacerbate inequality in incomes and wealth, both in the short term and in the longer term,” said Miles Corak, an economics professor who studies income inequality at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.”
“The world’s 500 richest people have collectively grown their fortunes by $871 billion this year, a 15% increase, according to the billionaires index.”
Let me speak directly to my readers with some important advice. A few of you who might not understand and could become envious jealous of the Super Rich, and even more so that Covid-19 is causing you so much financial pain.
STOP IT. STOP IT RIGHT NOW. You are the one being unfair.
Do Bill and Melinda Gates or Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan or Jeff Bezos or Mike Bloomberg or Warren Buffett or the others have to give the many millions from THEIR fortunes to more good causes that I could possibly list here?
No, they do not; and so what if they get huge tax savings doing do. They’re generous in ways you will never be!
They do not have to do so; so stop it and be grateful for all of them.
