News Americas, GALLE, Sri Lanka, Fri. Oct. 16, 2015:  Chasing a mammoth 484 scored by Sri Lanka in their opening innings, the West Indies were yesterday at 66-2.

Left-arm spinner Rangana Herath removed both West Indies openers to give Sri Lanka complete control of the game as the visitors now need 418 runs to come even in the first innings.

Sri Lanka’s mammoth total was set up by big centuries from young batsmen Dimuth Karunaratne (186) and Dinesh Chandimal (151).

West Indies has never won a test match in Sri Lanka.

West Indies is on tour under brand new captain Jason Holder.
