News Americas, ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, Sun. Mar. 3, 2013:The West Indies Cricket team on Sunday completed a sweep of a two-game one day series over Zimbabwe in Antigua.
The Windies men took an easy a second win over Zimbabwe with a 41-run victory.
Kieron Pollard hit an unbeaten 45 from 39 balls as West Indies made 158 for seven in their allotted overs.
Lendl Simmons, blasted six sixes in an unbeaten 63 on Saturday to lead West Indies to a comfortable eight-wicket victory, continued his good form Sunday with 41.
West Indies leg spinner Samuel Badree also stunted Zimbabwe early, grabbing three wickets for 33 in the eighth over.
The two sides now face off in a two-test series that begins in Barbados on March 12th.
